Mindfulness – Wind Down After a Busy Day

Mindfulness – Wind Down After a Busy Day

Course Details

How about treating yourself after a hard day of working or looking after the children or elderly relatives and taking some time out to relax and refresh.

These online sessions will offer the opportunity to set the scene for a calm evening. We will explore different ways of slowing down, connecting mind, body, and breath to reduce anxiety, negative thoughts, and provide coping strategies.

Some gentle stretching to ease out any aches or pains from a day at your computer, driving, lifting, or carrying will allow your body to release tension and prepare for a good night's sleep.
