Mindfulness – Winter Warmer Workshop

Mindfulness – Winter Warmer Workshop

Course Details

Do the cold weather and long dark evenings make you feel low?   Maybe lethargic, lacking in spirit with tight muscles, and a sense of detachment from the world and even ourselves.

This workshop has been designed to actively create warmth and body awareness in the winter to keep our inner spark lit, connecting us to our intuition, and nurturing a sense of self-care.

Now is the time to be kind to yourself and take some time out to build up your reserves for the rest of the season.
