Mindfulness Workshop – New Year, New You

Mindfulness Workshop – New Year, New You

Course Details

This workshop will introduce a mindful way of living to help ease you into the New Year in a calm and helpful manner. We will explore ways to simplify your life to encourage less stress, more peace and nurture so you feel good and are better placed to take care of your loved ones.

We will practice some mindfulness meditations, stretching and breathing exercises all designed to develop your awareness and strengthen the mind-body-heart connection. At the end of the workshop, you may wish to take some intentions (not resolutions) away with you and start cultivating a mindfulness practice of your own.
