Mixed Media & Collage – Buildings workshop

Course Details

Explore buildings in mixed media using a variety of media in conjunction with each other. You will experiment with wet and dry media and collage. 

The Tutor will demonstrate various techniques throughout the day

Courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year giving learners the opportunity to further develop their skills.

 

 

Information & Support

Please bring along –

Pencil and Pen (i.e. biro, fountain pen with ink or fibre tip drawing pen etc).

140 lb Bockingford Watercolour paper (pad or sheet).

Glue stick (not PVA glue as it takes too long to dry).

Tube of white acrylic paint.

Watercolours and/or acrylics. 

Coloured pencils, soft and oil pastels will be available for use.  Collage materials will be supplied.

The Tutor will bring suitable resources for painting or you can bring your own. 

You may wish to bring a packed lunch.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.

Can I start the course part way through?

For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisercourse@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.
