Course Details

You can learn how to hand-make a variety of fresh pasta under the guidance of our pasta experts. 

You will choose to create coriander tagliatelle, tomato pasta or even sweet vanilla and chocolate pasta.

After your pasta has dried, you will have the option to cook it here or take it home.

Information & Support

The programme will start promptly at 09:30. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes as you will be on your feet for most of the day

All equipment and ingredients, including lunch, plus a notebook and an apron, will be provided.

Course fees & Duration

This course lasts one day and costs £95.

    Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.

    Can I start the course part way through?

    For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.
