This course is for both males and females. If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. This course is for learners who are competent in Pilates and have four years or more experience. The course involves a small group using both standing and mat work. Light equipment is used together with own bodyweight to improve posture, breathing and stretching the whole body and mind, whilst providing relaxation and sense of well-being.
Information & Support
You will need to bring:
Small flat cushion
Warm layers of loose, comfortable clothing
Socks (with non-slip on the soles recommended)
Bottle of water
If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor. (As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire).
