Improves posture, breathing and stretching the whole body & mind, whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.
Suitable for those who have completed at least 4 years of Pilates.
Teaching by demonstration, observation, advice and encouragement. On-going self and tutor assessment.

What do I need to bring to the course?
You will need to bring warm layers of clothing, mat and a small towel/flat cushion.
The course involves a small group using both standing and mat work. Light equipment is used together with own bodyweight to improve posture, breathing and stretching the whole body and mind.
Practical help and advice is also provided to assist students with any kind of disability or individual need, including people for whom English is not their first language. Please contact our centre staff to discuss your needs prior to starting your course.
