Pilates – Improvers
Course Details
Discover a wide range of exercises focusing on the core stability with a progression to more challenging moves. Improves posture, breathing and stretching of the whole body and mind whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.
Taught by; explanation, demonstration, practice and talking through. You will learn by self-assessment and be monitored and given feedback by the tutor. If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor before commencing the course. If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor.
As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire.

The course is suitable for those who have completed at least 1 year of Pilates.

Can I start the course part way through?

What do you define as a 'beginner'?
Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?
Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

What do you define as 'advanced'?
Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?
Students need to be 19 years old or over.
There is no upper age limit.
