Learn more challenging moves to strengthen your core with our Pilates Improvers Plus course

Wide range of exercising, which includes floorwork, standing and stretching, focusing on the core stability with a progression to more challenging moves.

Taught by; explanation, demonstration, practice and talking through. You will learn by self-assessment and be monitored and given feedback by the tutor.

If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor. (As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire).

 

Information & Support

Suitable for everyone with at least 3 years of Pilates experience.  Please consult your doctor first if you have any serious health conditions.

Can I start the course part way through?

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
