Improves posture, breathing and stretching the whole body & mind, whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.
The course is suitable for those who have completed at least 2 years of Pilates.
Teaching by demonstration, observation, advice and encouragement. On-going self and tutor assessment.
Information & Support
You will need to bring:
Warm layers of clothing, mat and a small towel/flat cushion.
Practical help and advice is also provided to assist students with any kind of disability or individual need, including people for whom English is not their first language. Please contact our centre staff to discuss your needs prior to starting your course.
