The course involves small group work using standing and mat work. Light equipment is used together with own bodyweight to improve posture, breathing and stretching the whole body and mind whilst providing relaxation and a sense of well being.
This course is for both male/female. N.B. if you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. Students must have completed at least 3 years of Pilates.
Information & Support
What do I need to bring to the course?
Bring mat (yoga type) if possible / small towel / flat cushion. Wear warm layers of clothing.
Practical help and advice is also provided to assist students with any kind of disability or individual need, including people for whom English is not their first language. Please contact our centre staff to discuss your needs prior to starting your course.
