Course Details

You will learn and practise exercises to improve posture, while building core strength and stability. This class will be a calming experience and will end with a cool-down period of relaxation and gentle stretching. You will learn through explanation, demonstrations and practice. During practice you will be encouraged and corrected by your Tutor, which may involve direct contact as body position is a fundamental element. You will learn through self-assessment and be monitored and given feedback.

Information & Support

The course is suitable for all. You will need to bring: a small, flat cushion, some water, and a foam mat (a few mats will be available to borrow initially). Please wear warm layers of loose, comfortable clothing, and socks with non-slip soles. If you have any medical/physical problems that may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencement.
