Course Details

The course will cover all aspects of studio pottery.

Basic techniques, coiling, slab building, throwing on the wheel, press moulding, glazing and decorating techniques.

Practical 'Hands on' approach. Demonstrations followed with technical support.

Overall recommended.

Additional course costs.
Students are expected to purchase all completed work at approx £3 per kg, to cover the cost of glazing and materials.  A contribution may be asked for uncompleted work.  Basic tools are provided but students may wish to collect their own specialist tools.

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.
