Course Details

Mindfulness is about paying attention to the present moment,  to your thoughts and feelings, to the sounds and sights around you.  By being more aware, you learn to understand yourself and your reactions.  Instead of feeling overwhelmed by life and just automatically reacting to thoughts and  emotions,  you begin to observe them and to give yourself the opportunity to respond  in a more helpful and constructive way.  This improves your confidence and your quality of life.

There are simple exercises that can be learned to help develop mindfulness.  The aim of the course is to teach you these skills.
