Introduction

You can gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to be an able and effective retail team leader, guiding and coordinating staff, thanks to this apprenticeship.

This learning opportunity is suitable for you if you have been offered employment or are already working within a retail organisation.

Why choose Brock for Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship Level 3?

Training will take place at work on a regular basis, organised by you in conjunction with your employer to support what you do and to fill in any gaps.
