You can discover how to make sauces from scratch to enhance your favourite dishes thanks to this learning opportunity.

Béchamel and mornay sauce, raspberry coulis and chocolate sauce are all on the menu. So what are you waiting for?

All ingredients and equipment will be provided, which means you do not need to bring anything.

The course lasts an hour-and-a-half and costs £25.

    What do you define as a 'beginner'?

    Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

    What do you define as 'intermediate'?

    Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

    What do you define as 'advanced'?

    Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

    Students need to be 19 years old or over.

    There is no upper age limit.
