Course Details

If you have been driven to distraction by wakeful nights and tried everything you can think of…despair no more. The tutor has some amazing techniques which should help you to solve this problem. 

An enjoyable course that will leave you with a positive and cheerful attitude to solve the problem of sleep head on. 

Learn how to improve the quality of your sleep and build a toolbox of techniques to help you achieve deep restful healing sleep every night. 

The course will be taught as a group workshop with demonstrations and problem solving.

Please bring a notebook and pen and a list of questions for the question and answer session.  You may wish to bring a packed lunch.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.

Can I start the course part way through?

For some courses, this may be possible.  Please contact leisurecourses@brock.ac.uk to confirm.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.
