Course Details

Here we will take you through the process of how to make a beautiful and earthy beetroot soup with crème fraiche, velouté and a broth, as well as the secrets of a Hollandaise sauce for use with steaks, a white a creamy Béchamel and then how to use it on a favourite such as a lovely Lasagne. Then in addition to this we will work on and make a proper curry sauce from scratch and a spicy tomato sauce for pasta and pizzas too.
