Course Details

Our Improving Beginner’s Spanish class picks up where our beginner’s course left off and continues to introduce students to the basics of everyday Spanish.

The course is aimed at beginners in Spanish who want to improve on basic knowledge of the language in order to communicate in practical situations.

Students will learn and practice fundamental language skills, helping them develop basic communication and gain a secure understanding of the essentials of life in Spain.

The key skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing Spanish will be practiced in an engaging and supportive way with a range of tasks and activities set during the lesson as well as regular homework involving preparation, grammar or written exercises.

There is no formal testing but work and progress will be monitored by your tutor.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
