Spanish – Year 2
Course Details
This Spanish class will introduce you to the basics of everyday Spanish. You will learn common greetings, as well as how to describe places and their locations. The Spanish alphabet and the fundamentals of pronunciation will also be covered.
This course is aimed at beginners who want to acquire a basic knowledge of the language in order to communicate in certain practical situations. You will learn and practise fundamental language skills, helping you develop basic communication abilities.
You will also gain a secure understanding of the essentials of life in Spain.
Information & Support
You will practise listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in a well-supported manner.
There will be no formal testing. Your work will be monitored by your Tutor, and you will have regular homework that may include preparation, grammar or written exercises.

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?
Students need to be 19 years old or over.
There is no upper age limit.
