Course Details

You will use all the core principles of Pilates to improve your posture, line and safe flow of movement. Standing Pilates with Qigong offers gentle grace of movement exercise while focusing the mind through breathing to listen to the body. There is no floor work in this class.

Information & Support

Please wear comfortable clothing. You can participate in bare feet, ballet or tai chi shoes. Please also bring water to drink. Importantly, please seek advice from your doctor if you are receiving, have had any recent treatments, or are in doubt about any condition you may have that could affect your participation. Additional courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills. What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
