This workshop is based on mindfulness techniques and CBT to help you change your outlook on stressful events so that you can leave the course with hope and knowledge that things can improve. There are so many things that can be done to help – just come along and find out.
Look at simple techniques to avoid, manage and reduce stress.
The course will be taught as a group workshop with demonstrations and problem solving.
