A very popular course to show that vegetarian food is an excellent alternative to meat and fish. Some of the dishes you may create are such as fresh pasta filled with goats cheese, roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds with a spicy tomato sauce. You may also learn to cook spinach and walnut hot souffles amongst many other vegetarian dishes.
