Writing Creatively – Thu

Course Details

The course will focus on one or two types of writing each term, decided by the tutor and students at first class.  This could include: short stories, novels, magazine articles, travels, autobiography, poetry, writing for children, reviews, etc.
The course covers advanced writing techniques for students aiming to write to publication standard but is also suitable for those with some experience who want to write for pleasure.

This is a non-exam course.

Students are encouraged to write a little each week at home.  They can, if they wish, read their work aloud in class to gain advice, suggestions and comment from the tutor and other students.
