Course Details

The course will focus on developing your own unique narrative voice.

During the course we will look at different writing styles and creative techniques, you will engage with reading and writing during each class.

The course covers advanced writing techniques for students aiming to write to publication standard but is also suitable for those with some writing experience who want to write for pleasure.

You will be encouraged to write a little each week at home.

Information & Support

Suitable for writers with little experience who want to explore writing creatively and for experienced writers who have either had work published, have had success in writing competitions or have attended the basic creative writing course.

Courses are run continually, and you will be able to join these to further develop your skills.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
