Course Details

Do you have a story you’re looking to write or a story you’re just trying to polish for print? 

During this ten-week course, we will workshop your stories through various practical editing exercises. There will also be the opportunity to develop a new short story during this time. 

This course is recommended for writers with a firm grasp of characters and plot etc

Information & Support

Please bring a pen and paper and/or a fully charged laptop. There will be a maximum of 10 students on the course.

Courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year giving learners the opportunity to develop their skills further.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
