Writing – Life Story Writing

Course Details

This course will help students structure and write their life story to share with family or perhaps publish.  Life stories are individual, anecdotal, mostly informal and may include pictures and memorabilia.

Working from a timeline, students will be encouraged to structure and write their life stories, selecting appropriate highlights. Extracts from published autobiographies will be examined and evaluated. Students will be encouraged to share their writing with the group for feedback.

You will be taught by means of example, discussion and feedback.

Courses will be offered throughout the year giving learners the opportunity to further develop their skills.
