This is a balanced programme of yoga postures, breathing techniques, concentration and some meditation.
This is a mixed ability course and some experience of yoga is preferable.
You will be taught by demonstrations, participation and discussion.
You will need to bring a mat or blanket to lie on, wear loose comfortable clothes and NO large meal immediately before the class. You may like to bring a bottle of water.
Information & Support
The course is for both males/females.
If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. Please do not have a large meal immediately before the class.
If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor. (As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire).
Courses run continually allowing learners the opportunity to further develop their skills.
