TTThe course will cover a basic introduction to all yoga concepts through posture work, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and some philosophy. This course is for those with little or no experience of yoga.
Information & Support
The course is for both males/females.
You will need to bring:
- Foam mat
- Warm layers of loose, comfortable clothing
- Socks (with non-slip 'pimples' on the soles are recommended)
- Bottle of water
If you have any medical/physical problems which may affect your participation, please consult a doctor/physio/chiropractor prior to commencing the course. Please do not have a large meal immediately before the class.
If you are concerned about your ability to exercise or any medical conditions, please discuss with the tutor. (As with all exercise classes, students are required to complete a simple and confidential health questionnaire).
