Yoga is a great way to improve balance, co-ordination, flexibility and core strength. It is also very good for releasing tension and stress. The class includes a warm up, a variety yoga postures, stretches and sequences, a cool down and relaxation session. The class is suitable for beginners and those with some previous experience as you will be able to work at your own level.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily.

The highlights of my time at Brock were certainly my Economics & Business class where I found myself taking a lot in and becoming very interested. I enjoyed the variety of my subjects too. My Media Studies teacher really helped spark my imagination and made learning great fun.
