Yoga is a great way to improve balance, co-ordination, flexibility and core strength. It is also very good for releasing tension and stress. The class includes a warm up, a variety yoga postures, stretches and sequences, a cool down and relaxation session. The class is suitable for beginners and those with some previous experience as you will be able to work at your own level.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily.

I arrived at Brockenhurst with the aim to develop my rugby game. Not only has my technical ability improved but my physicality, knowledge of the game and social skills have as well. This is due to the high standard of coaching alongside top quality facilities, high level games and being surrounded by great players with a similar ambition to me. In my first year of playing for the college, I got the chance to play in the regional final, under floodlights and in front of a large crowd. It was definitely an experience which left me wanting more.
