Yoga – Hatha

Course Details

A mixed ability class introducing the principle components of Hatha Yoga, including yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and yoga philosophy.

This course is suitable for all abilities.

The class is taught mainly through demonstration, explanation and practice.

What do I need to bring to the course? Bring a blanket to the first class – you may wish to purchase a Yoga mat later. Bottle of water

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.

Can I start the course part way through?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.
