Course Details

Yogalates combines Yoga and Pilates to increase core strength, improve posture and maintain flexibility and mobility while promoting good muscle memory.

The format will comprise a short warm-up, followed by a repertoire of exercises you can use at home, before ending with relaxation.

This is a floor-based exercise class, which means a mat will be required.

What do you define as a 'beginner'?

Beginner is someone who has little or no knowledge of the subject area.

What do you define as 'intermediate'?

Intermediate is for those who have completed a beginners course with us or have some knowledge of the subject but would like to learn more.

Advanced for those who have completed an intermediate course with us or are proficient in the subject.

Are there any age restrictions (young/old)?

Students need to be 19 years old or over.

There is no upper age limit.
