Course introduction
This class is a workout infused with ballet, dance, Pilates and yoga. It is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience. Each class will commence with a short warm-up and end with relaxation. The standing work will last 30 – 35 mins, followed by stretching exercises on the barre, chair or floor.
Information & support
Please wear loose, stretchy clothing and trainers, or dance shoes or non-slip socks. You will also need a non-slip mat, a towel and a flex band.
