Belly Dance Workshop
Course introduction
This workshop is suitable for people of any ability who are interested in keeping fit and learning a new style of dance in a fun atmosphere. You will learn basic belly dance moves and will finish with final choreography.
Information & support
Please wear comfortable clothes and a long, full skirt. If you have a belly dance outfit, then please bring it along. Please also bring water and a mat. You can dance in either bare feet or anti-skid socks. Additional courses and workshops will be offered throughout the year, giving you opportunities to further develop your skills.
