Course introduction
You will embrace the beauty nature brings in this season of warmth, light, growth and opportunities thanks to this workshop. Your Tutor will share a range of mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises, gentle movement and meditations, which will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged and inspired. You will also explore ways to enhance the special feelings of joy that are available to us during this time of year. No doubt, the longer days can elicit a feeling of possibility. Indeed, it seems as though there are more hours to focus on what really matters, like cultivating a mindfulness routine for peace, calmness and wellbeing. And it is far too easy to stumble through the summer without actually stopping to enjoy and appreciate the moment… Importantly, you will leave this workshop with useful tips on how to pause and soak up the summer goodness, helping you feel more serene and happy.
Information & support
This course is suitable for all levels and abilities. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (layers are good) and bring an exercise mat, blanket and cushion. If you would like to take notes, please bring a notebook and pen. You may wish to bring a snack.
