• Gain a detailed understanding of the travel and tourism business, which will enable you to evidence knowledge that employers want to see.

• Look in depth at different aspects of the customer experience and analyse ways you can improve it.

What can I do with this qualification?

This qualification was designed in order to meet the specific needs of employers in the travel and tourism industry. Therefore you can reasonably expect your qualification to open doors to a number of different employment opportunities.

These opportunities include working in the following settings: travel agencies, hotels, holiday camps, tour operators and airlines. You will also have the opportunity to move into higher education by studying a foundation degree or full degree.
