Course introduction


This unique two-hour yoga workshop will alternate phases of traditional energetic yoga poses and pranayama with calmer and longer hold asanas that work on the meridians and fascia. This opportunity is open to all.

Information & support


Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a bottle of water. You can also bring a mat, two blocks, a belt and bolster or two cushions (not compulsory but advisable).
