Course introduction


Yogalates is a fusion of yoga and Pilates moves, which flows from one system to the other. Breathwork and brief relaxation will be part of the course. Standing and mat work options will be offered, but this is not a chair-based class. Yogalates improves posture, strengthens the back, and tones, leading to general wellbeing

Course information


Clothing should be comfortable and enable ease of movement. You will also need a non-slip Pilates or yoga mat, a cushion, a towel and a flex band (2m+), slipper socks and water. Please seek the advice of your medical physician if you are receiving treatment, have received treatment recently, or you are any in doubt about a condition that could affect your participation.
