Course introduction


Zumba is a fitness workout that combines dance moves from Latin and international music. A warm-up, core dances, and a final stretch, are all part of the class. This is a full fitness class designed to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, energy and mood.

Course information


Please wear loose, stretchy clothing and trainers (or dance shoes or non-slip socks). You will also need a non-slip mat.
