Students studying a range of construction courses included plumbing, carpentry, electrical installations and bricklaying have been honoured for achieving excellence in their fields at a presentation evening at Brockenhurst College.
The event, sponsored by McCarthy and Stone, began with a formal welcome by the College Principal Di Roberts, followed by the presentation of individual awards. There were ten award categories which included Best Student in each trade at Level 1, 2 and 3, and one over-arching award which went to Construction student, Aaron Matthews. Students were each awarded with a certificate, trophy and a prize.
Adrian Grainge, Head of Construction said: “I would like to congratulate all of the winners; their hard work will pay dividends when they become professionals within the construction industry.”
