Early Years and Health Department host publishing event

The Early Years and Health Department was privileged to host an introduction to publishing event. The aim of the day was to support the professional development of those lecturers involved in the delivery of Higher Education programmes.
The day was led by established SEN Author Kate Wall , esteemed editor for the Early Years Educator journal, Neil Henty and Publisher for Sage Publications, Jude Bowen. The College welcomed colleagues from Fareham, Crawley and IOW Colleges who are also working in partnership with the University of Chichester delivering the Degrees in Early Childhood.
Kate Wall said: “The ideas for publication that emerged during the day were outstanding and every participant demonstrated not only their knowledge but also their abilities to publish. It was a truly great day for all involved.”
Lisa Bell , Head of Department at Brockenhurst College said: “It has been a really valuable day, sharing practice with other providers , but also being inspired by Kate, Neil and Jude with all of us finishing the day wanting to get on and write our articles – it’s been brilliant.”
