Brock helped me decide that IT was the subject for me and that I wanted to establish a successful career in the industry. After attending the College’s Progression Day, I decided I would like to do an apprenticeship.

What made you choose to study at Brock?
I am studying a Level 3 Diploma in IT.
What was your background before you decided to come to college?
I was at The Grange School.
What do you like best about Brock?
The ability to roam freely around the College, the brilliant facilities and the great teaching staff.
What were your highlights while attending Brock?
Making friends with my classmates has been a real highlight for me.
How do you feel supported in your studies?
The Learning Resources Centre is a really good space to study, and I make use of the computers in there. I also feel greatly supported by my teachers.
Have you taken up any opportunities since studying at the College?
I have a part-time job at an IT repair shop, which I was offered after doing work experience there.
How has Brock helped you with your next steps?
After attending the College’s Progression Day, I decided I would like to do an apprenticeship.
What will you do when you finish at Brock?
I will go into an IT apprenticeship and see where that leads me. Brock helped me decide that IT was the subject for me and that I wanted to establish a successful career in the industry.
