What made you want to study at Brockenhurst College?

“The friendly and welcoming atmosphere that you get when arrive on campus, plus the fact that the teachers treat you like an adult and are always there to help you achieve the best grades possible.”

What did you enjoy most about your course(s)?

“Getting know about all different aspects of the business environment, from human resources to ethics and events.”

What were your ‘highlights’ (best experiences) while attending Brockenhurst College?

“Making new friends and being selected for the Principal’s Ambassador role to do the speeches on open days, plus being able to run my own event as part of my coursework.”

What extra opportunities have you taken up since studying at the College? In what ways are they helping your personal development?

“Giving speeches at open days has allowed me to develop as a person. I now know that I have the confidence to be able to talk to a large audience.”

What networking, employment and work experience opportunities did you undertake and how did they enhance your college experience?

“I went to the Balmer Lawn Hotel for my work experience and worked in the events department for a week. By the end of my week I was giving tours of the hotel to future wedding parties.”
