When I visited the College I liked the feeling of inclusivity and the location is very convenient for me.
What did you enjoy most about your course(s)?
I really enjoyed expanding my knowledge in the subjects I studied and becoming more academically independent.
What were your ‘highlights’ (best experiences) while attending Brockenhurst College?
I really enjoyed the Kew Gardens art trip and receiving the Chemistry Gold Award at the College’s STEM Awards ceremony.
What extra opportunities have you taken up since studying at the College? In what ways did they help your personal development? (i.e. Aspire programme, enrichments, student ambassador scheme, work experience)
I was part of the College’s Aspire programme, which supported me in my Higher Education decision making process.
What is your next step in education or your career? For example, a full/part-time university course, full/part-time employment, apprenticeship etc. Please provide FULL details.
I will undertake the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Arts University Bournemouth in September, and I have deferred my place to study Architecture at Cardiff University until 2022.
What are your long-term career goals? Did your time at Brock help you decide what you might like to do?
I am not sure about my long term career goals, but my time at Brock has helped inform me about my choices.
