Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are a cost-effective way of reducing training and recruitment costs while increasing productivity and developing a skilled and motivated workforce for the future.

You can also add value to your business and fill critical skills gaps by upskilling your existing workers through our professional apprenticeships programme, removing the need to recruit new talent.

Higher level and degree apprenticeship routes could be open to all employees, no matter what their previous qualifications and job roles.

You simply partner with us, and together we provide the structure, teaching and support an employee needs to transform their skills set.

Importantly, it could cost you absolutely nothing extra under the Apprenticeship Levy rules, depending on the size of your organisation.

If you are thinking about taking on an apprentice, or have an employee who could be an even greater asset thanks to additional training, why not enquire now to discover more?

How the Apprenticeship Levy works

If your total annual wage bill exceeds £3 million, you will pay a 0.5% apprenticeship levy on that sum.

Once you have paid this amount, you will then be able to access your organisation’s funding through your Digital Apprenticeship Service Account.

You will be entitled to a £15,000 allowance to offset the levy. Furthermore, you will receive a 10% top-up on your contributions.

All contributions can be set against Corporation Tax.
