College Store

We accept card payments online under the VISA, MasterCard & Maestro schemes. Our store is online only; we do not currently offer the option of pay by cash, cheque or debit/credit card in person.

Where eligible for the Discretionary Bursary and Vulnerable Bursary additional discounts – e.g. the 50% bursary contribution towards our 2024/25 period bus passes – are applied automatically at checkout.

Essential textbooks are available at zero cost to bursary students. Eligible students can purchase textbooks via the College Store using bursary funds (100% discount applied at checkout).

Where studying an eligible course, a bursary purse for sports kit or training gear may also be awarded with bursary funds accessible at checkout.

Items available for collection from our B Block Art & Photomedia Shop are also purchased via College Store. A resource purse may be awarded with bursary funds accessible at checkout.

All college bus passes are purchased via College Store and issued as digital tickets.

Our bus passes are available on a period (e.g. monthly), full academic year and termly basis. Pricing is based on 3x zones (A, B & C) and the store will automatically apply bursary discounts to period passes at checkout (no code is required). Please see 2024/25 Bus Costs for the appropriate zone from your area.

Purchasers of a college bus pass will receive an email from MoreBus with a 12-character activation code for their digital ticket. This code must be input to the MoreBus app (please note the small QR code on college store receipts is not the bus pass and will not scan on our buses).

A student parking permit is required for the college car park. Permits will be available for purchase via College Store from September 2024 and the store will discount the charge by 100% (zero cost) where eligible for a college bursary (subject to application).

Payments for all college activities, trips, visits, workshops, etc. are made via College Store.

Larger trips (e.g. Brock2Kenya) are often payable through instalments and the store will automatically apply a discount at checkout where a college trip is covered by the Discretionary Bursary and Vulnerable Bursary.

Should you choose to re-sit your GCSE Mathematics and/or GCSE English early in November 2024, you will register and pay for the resit via College Store.

Post Results Services for examinations sat at Brockenhurst College – including payments for Clerical Re-checks, Reviews of Marking and requests for Access to Scripts – are also made via our online store.

Some courses have essential resource packs available for purchase via College Store. Information is provided at interview and full details, including links to relevant products, will be provided by lecturers following enrolment.

The full purchase price of essential course items (e.g. uniform, course texts, resource packs, etc.) available via College Store is covered by the Discretionary Bursary and Vulnerable Bursary with a 100% discount applied at checkout.
