I get on well with all my teachers, which means I’m always happy, relaxed and able to learn well in class. Since starting my course, I’ve learned about things I didn’t even know I didn’t know. The old me would be very impressed by my new knowledge and abilities. And my grades keep going up, which gives me the confidence and enthusiasm to keep pushing.

Our teacher has led us through each project with great enthusiasm, helping us expand our ideas and develop our techniques. As we’ve progressed, he’s stepped back to give us more freedom to experiment – only stepping in if he feels we need fresh ideas. I’ve chosen a mock exam topic of clothes, which has given me the opportunity to delve into an area I’ve never explored before.
