Course introduction

This four-month course will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to manage books effectively. You will acquire abilities in double-entry bookkeeping and gain an understanding of associated documents and processes, enabling you to work to trial balance standard.

You will study online thanks to award-winning video lessons that will be available on demand. This means you can choose when and where you want to study.

Online lessons will last for around 45 minutes and will be accompanied by animations and motion graphics to bring concepts to life. Practice questions, downloadable lesson materials and interactive case studies will also help enhance your learning experience.

When you attend campus (fortnightly) you will benefit from classes with your college tutor. Your tutor will review what you have learned during your online lessons and will then provide guidance to support your progress ahead of your assessments. Meanwhile, regular discussions with classmates will help reinforce key points and provide you with valuable extra support and motivation.
