Crochet is easy to learn and is a relaxing and very enjoyable hobby. This course is suitable for people with little or no previous experience. Small projects will be undertaken in class to cover basic techniques and for you to practise your new skills to improve your finished articles. You will also learn how to read patterns. You will be taught through practical demonstrations and hands-on experience. Improvers will be encouraged to bring in items that may be works-in-progress in order to demonstrate new techniques to the group, or to gain advice from the Tutor.
Course information
Please bring along a 4mm crochet hook and some double-knitting (DK) acrylic yarn for your first project. Further advice will be given about the other items you will need to bring as the course progresses.
