Year 1: Business Context, People, Finance, Quality & Compliance, Policies & Procedures, Project & Change Management, and Business Behaviours.
Year 2: Specialisation in Business Improvement, Team Leadership & Management, or Business Support, alongside an industry placement.

Teaching & learning

Course assessment
Assessment is a combination of external examinations and practical project work. The core component is assessed through two written exams (60%) and an employer-set project based on a real business scenario (40%). You will also complete an occupational specialism assessment, which requires you to apply your knowledge and skills to practical business and management tasks. In addition, you will complete a substantial industry placement.

Five GCSEs at grade 4 and above including English and Maths

This Management and Administration T Level opens a wide range of progression opportunities. On successful completion you can move directly into employment in areas such as management, marketing, finance, human resources or operations.
