Course introduction


How about taking some time out to relax and refresh? This workshop will offer different ways of slowing down, connecting mind, body and breath to reduce anxiety, negative thoughts and provide coping strategies. We will practise:

  • Gentle stretching to ease out any aches or pains, encouraging your body to release tension and soften.
  • Guided mediations for the mind to improve mood, self-awareness and focus.
  • Breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and improve lung efficiency.

Overall, the workshop will promote relaxation and can enhance overall mental and physical wellbeing.

Course information


This course is suitable for all levels and abilities. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (layers are good) and bring an exercise mat, blanket and cushion with you. If you would like to take notes, please bring a notebook and pen. You may wish to bring a snack.
