Course information
Clothing should be comfortable and enable ease of movement, while allowing the line of the body to be seen so that safe practice can be maintained. Please wear layers to allow for warmth and coolness as required. Shoes are not worn, so slipper socks are a good addition to your kit, especially in the winter. You will also need a non-slip Pilates or yoga mat, a yoga block and a resistance band. A cushion and a towel for support where needed will be useful. Please also bring a bottle of water for rehydration. Please seek the advice of your medical physician if you are receiving treatment, have had any recent treatments, or you are in doubt about any condition that could affect your participation.
