Report a student absence

If a student is unable to attend College, please let us know as soon as possible. You need to email attendance@brock.ac.uk or call 01590 625530.

Ideally, please include:

  • The student’s name and student ID number
  • The date of their absence
  • The reason they are unable to attend
  • How long they are expected to be absent

Reporting an absence does not automatically mean it will be authorised. Students are expected to attend all timetabled lessons, tutorials and other scheduled activities wherever possible.
