This year’s enrolment will take place in person at the College in late August. You can find information here about what you need to do now to prepare for Enrolment and how the enrolment process will work.

Enrolment timeline:

Date	What happens
Wednesday 8 July to Wednesday 19 August	Log in to our Enrolment Portal to confirm your Enrolment appointment and provide additional information.
Thursday 20 August	Upload your GCSE results to our Enrolment Portal.
21, 24 and 25 August	Arrive in good time to attend your confirmed Enrolment appointment and meet curriculum staff.
Thursday 3 and Friday 4 September	Welcome Day for all new students.
Monday 7 September	Term starts for all students.

Accessing the Enrolment Portal

To check the time and confirm your Enrolment appointment, please log in to the Enrolment Portal as soon as possible. If you are not able to click on the link above, please copy and paste the link below into a web browser.

On the Enrolment Portal you will need to:

Confirm your Enrolment appointment. Please confirm your appointment slot as soon as possible. It’s important that you arrive at the indicated time.
Check your personal details, medical information and emergency contacts. You can do this at any time prior to Enrolment.
Upload a photo of yourself for your Student ID card and provide proof of ID. You can do this at any time prior to Enrolment.
Upload your GCSE results on August 20 (or before if you already have them). You should upload a photo of your results as soon as you receive them and BEFORE you come to your appointment.

FAQ

On the day of your confirmed Enrolment appointment, please arrive at the main campus in Brockenhurst at the time specified. Please bring your ID and exam results. We will need these documents to complete your Enrolment.

It is important that you arrive on time so that everyone benefits from a smooth Enrolment experience. When you arrive, please follow the signs to the Enrolment station.

Enrolment station – Sports Hall
Our Sports Hall will be the venue for enrolling on your new course(s). After your Enrolment appointment, you will meet with teaching staff to confirm your programme and ensure you are enrolling on the right course for you. We expect the Enrolment process to take under 30 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer – especially if you wish to switch courses.

Enrolment station – Brock Hub

If you are enrolling in Brock Hub, this would have been shared with you via email.

Late applications

If you wish to make a late application to Brock, please complete an online application, but please be advised that many of our courses will be full and that we may not be able to offer you your first choice of subject as a late applicant. Our Admissions Team will contact you following your application to arrange an interview.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept walk-ins and advise that you contact our Admissions Team for further information.
